BOCOG President Liu Qi addresses the welcome reception in Beijing, China, Aug. 6, 2008. The Chinese Olympic Committee held a welcome reception to greet guests of international sports organizations including the International Olympic Committee(IOC), national and regional Olympic committees and International Olympic Sports Federations, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
