A team of 337 volunteers has been undergoing training for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. In the standing sessions, the volunteers have to stand still and smile for half an hour or more and also run about 1,000 meters every day for physical conditioning, said Ma Sha, 20, one of the trainees. Greg Bowman, executive producer of sports presentation for the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games, has been impressed with the results of the most comprehensive rehearsal program for any Olympics. "They are extremely well-drilled," said the Australian.
