(1) Permanent residence book and resident ID card;
(2) Certificate of marriage or testimonial of matrimonial
relationship;
(3) Application for divorce and agreement of divorce.
For overseas Chinese and resident in Hong Kong, Macao and
Taiwan:
(1) Passport, resident ID card and pass for transit from Hong
Kong, Macao to the Chinese?mainland or seaman card or
certificate of Taiwan compatriot;
(2) Certificate of marriage or testimonial of matrimonial
relationship;
(3) Application for divorce and agreement of divorce.
Procedures:
Application with credentials and certificates in line with
relevant requirements →fill out Divorce Registry Application,
Agreement of Voluntary Divorce→verification and check by the
authority →pick certificate issuance card →obtain the certificate
of divorce
