中國兩億多人體重超標(biāo)

《京華時(shí)報(bào)》消息，2011國際健康生活方式博覽會4月6日在京舉行新聞發(fā)布會。中華預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)會副會長蔡繼明在會上透露，目前中國國內(nèi)有超過兩億人體重超重，6000多萬人肥胖。

高血壓患者有1.6億，糖尿病患者達(dá)9000萬，而這兩種疾病均與肥胖有關(guān)。

蔡繼明還說：“不恰當(dāng)?shù)纳罘绞剑缥鼰煛⑿锞啤⑸攀巢缓侠砗腿狈﹀憻挼龋殉蔀橥{中國人健康的重要危險(xiǎn)因素。”

More than 200 million Chinese overweight

More than 200 million Chinese are overweight and another 60 million are obese, said Cai Jiming, vice director of the Preventive Medicine Association, in Beijing April 6 in a press conference of the International Healthy Lifestyle Expo, Beijing Times reports.

Also, 160 million people in China suffer from high blood pressure and another 90 million have diabetes, two diseases related to obesity.

"Unhealthy lifestyles, including smoking, excessive drinking, unbalanced diet, lack of exercise, have become the main factors endangering Chinese people's health," Cai said.
