Over 15 people were killed and 10 others injured in an explosion in eastern Afghan province of Nangarhar on Tuesday, the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) told media here.
"Fifteen civilians have been killed and 10 others wounded in the explosion", a spokesman of ISAF said.
Meanwhile, one witness told Xinhua from the spot that over 10 people were killed in the suicide bombing in Khogyani district of Nangarhar, possibly including the district chief and district police chief.
