Wrapping up a two-day visit to North Korea, IAEA chief Mohamed
ElBaradei says in Beijing March 14, 2007 that Pyongyang is positive
about rejoining the IAEA and ready to cooperate in the
implementation of the agreement reached on the Korean Peninsula
nuclear issue last month at the six-party talks.
