On January 31, 2007, China and the United States signed "Sino-US Memorandum of Understanding on Promoting the Cooperation of Land and Resources". The Minister of Land and Resource of China, Mr. Su Wensheng and the US Interior Secretary, Mr. Dirk Kempthorne signed the document on behalf of China and US respectively. According to the memorandum, the two countries will carry out exchanges and cooperation in related fields. |
