China, U.S. start strategic track of annual high-level talks

Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton started on Monday the strategic track of annual high-level talks between the two countries.
The second China-U.S. Strategic and Economic Dialogue, held in the Diaoyutai Guesthouse in Beijing, will last for two days.
The dialogue was initiated by presidents of both countries last year.
