Today's social development involves multiple factors, and politics, economics, science and technology, education and culture are all of crucial importance to society. Also, among different industries, it is difficult to judge which is of "No 1" importance.

Thus the replacement of "No 1 Resolution" with "important resolutions" by Zhejiang Province's political consultative conference is a positive move.
