In my home country, all earners pay tax and after doing so, they have the right to avail themselves of tax-funded services. When can we, as tax-paying foreigners in China, expect to enjoy the same? I have no problem with paying taxes in China, but it seems I have very few rights to services paid for by tax revenue when I need them.
