advanced into the second round with a 2-0 victory over the
shuttlers from Hong Kong.?
In men's singles, all 13 Chinese players cruised to the second
round. Chinese youngster Bao Chunlai beat Wei Renjun of Hong Kong
15-6,13-15,15-3 in a well fought match.
