What constitutes democratic supervision? |

Democratic supervision covers areas such as the implementation of
the Constitution, laws and state regulations; the implementation of
major policies formulated by the CPC Central Committee and state
organs; the implementation of national economic and social
development plans and fiscal budgets; the conduct of duty, legal
adherence, and integrity of state organs and their staff; the
execution of decisions and implementation of regulations instituted
by the CPPCC on behalf of its units and individuals.
