The Chishui River in Gulin county, Sichuan Province has benn diminished by the drought. Drought are lingering in luzhou city, Xuyong and Gulin county of the province. In a Yi village in Gulin, Sichuan Province, primary and middle schools have lengthened the summer holiday following severe droughts that began in the spring. A water shortage from a lingering drought in Luzhou, Xuyong and Gulin in Sichuan Province has forced many children to walk miles across mountainous terrain for water. [Chinanews.com]
