Harbor seals wait for food in ice water at a bay in a scenic area of Yantai, east China's Shandong Province, Jan. 7, 2011. As local temperature falls to minus 7 degrees centigrade, harbor seals at the scenic area were trapped by the ice on the surface of the sea water.
