Former CCTV soccer commentator Huang Jianxiang has drawn wide
attention since he resigned from CCTV. Many provincial stations
like Hunan TV and Chongqing TV have reportedly tried all means to
entice this famous star to join their forces. Now even a music
company is showing intense interest.
Sina.com reported on Friday that Huayi Brothers Music Company's
general manager, Yuan Tao, said Huang Jianxiang would probably sign
a contract with Huayi this year to officially enter the showbiz
industry.
Yuan revealed that Huang has recently talked about cooperation
with two top executives of Huayi Brothers. If he signs the
contract, Huayi Brothers will take charge of all of Huang's other
projects besides his TV host job.
Huayi has planned to tailor a song called Fight Like A
Man for Huang to perform, with the same title as his published
biography.
