Construction work on East Jichang Road in Beijing has begun, and is due to be completed before October 1st.
The road will run along the east side of the Capital International Airport, stretching for 13 kilometers.
It is expected to cost 120 million yuan or US$15 million, to build.
Upon completion, the road will be open to the public toll free.
