The non-stop flight route from Dalian to Saipan has been "basically set," said vice mayor of Dalian, Xing Liangzhong in an interview with the reporter in February at the meeting of the thirteenth NPC, Dalian.
Problems of the charter flight's price and the technology are being discussed at present, said Xing.
It'll be the third non-stop flight to Saipan domestically in addition to Guangzhou and Shanghai, said Xing.
Passengers from northern China and northeast China intending to Saipan will stop at Dalian for flying to their destination.
It's estimated the flight time from Dalian to Saipan is about five hours.
