In a full effort to guarantee a safe and orderly spring transport, in Shenyang, contingency plans have been mapped out in related departments of railway, aviation, public transport, post, tourism, commerce, labor, public security and sanitation.
According to the guidance idea of the traffic-commanding center, this year's spring transport should be human-oriented, passenger transport dominated while taking into account of the cargo transport and be carried safely and in good order. In addition, relevant departments would intensify inspections on overloading.
