The Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee says it will train 200,000 staff members from 2005 till 2008.
Vice president of the Committee Jiang Xiaoyu says the Olympic staff includes paid employees, volunteers and contract workers, who also serve in the Paralympics.
He adds the training plan has borrowed experiences from the Sidney and Athens Olympic Games.
