The Chinese government attaches importance to and supports the development of railway transportation between China and Kazakhstan, said Chinese Vice Premier Huang Ju in Beijing Tuesday.
Huang said at a meeting with Kazakhstan's Minister of Transport and Communication Kazhmurat Nagmanov that to strengthen transportation cooperation between the two neighbors is of significance for the development of bilateral economic and trade cooperation and personnel exchanges.
He said he hoped Nagmanov's visit will help further develop bilateral cooperation in various fields including communications.
Nagmanov said he hoped to further the cooperation in communications and transportation between the two countries.
