Ukrainian plane carrying 74 people crashed near Macka town of northern province of Trabzon in Black Sea region of Turkey early on Monday, reported the Anatolia News Agency.
According to the report, all the 74 people on board are dead, including 62 Spanish peace keeping soldiers serving in Afghanistan and 12 crew members.
Officials from the Maritime Undersecretariat Main Search-Rescue Coordination Center told reporters that a YK-42 passenger plane of the Ukrainian Airlines took off from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and was heading to Zaragoza, Spain, but it disappeared from the Ankara Esenboga Airport Flight Information Center at 04:45 a.m. local time (0145GMT) while it was approaching the Trabzon Airport for fuel supply.
The plane descended two times for landing as it could not see the runway, then it tried for the third time and failed.
