Wan Guoquan, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and vice-president of the Chinese Association for International Understanding, left Beijing Tuesday heading a delegation on a goodwill visit to Mauritius and Zimbabwe.
Wan and his delegation were invited by the Mauritius Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Cooperation and Zimbabwe's National Congress.
