Roy Chaderton Matos, foreign minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, will pay an official visit to China from Dec. 2 to 6, at the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan announced here at the regular press conference Tuesday.
