This year's college graduates in China can start their own businesses without paying the registration and administrative fees for a year.
This preferential policy is issued by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce as part of a move to expand employment channels.
The graduates can get a special business license, marked College Graduate's, which frees them from paying various fees.
An earlier survey conducted by Shanghai-based East Normal University showed over 70 percent of college students across the city are hoping to launch their own businesses.
