China and Indonesia issued a joint statement in Beijing on Friday, supporting the ongoing six-party talks on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue.
"Both Presidents expressed support for the six-party talks process and the commitment of all parties concerned to the goal of denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula," said the statement issued during Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono's four-day state visit as guest of Chinese President Hu Jintao.
The fourth round of talks, involving China, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the United States, the Republic of Korea, Russia and Japan, started on Tuesday in the Chinese capital.
