Taiwan actresses Sylvia Chang and Rene Liu are preparing for their new collaboration together on the movie Happy Birthday. They last collaborated on 20, 30, 40.

The movie is based on Rene Liu's latest short novel I Want to Go with You, about a decade-long love story that persists through sending and receiving birthday cards. Rene's career mentor Sylvia Chang edited the story for the screenplay. 　　

 

Rene says the story is fictional and has no basis on her real life. 　

 

The movie marks Rene Liu's first collaboration with Hong Kong star Louis Koo. Hong Kong director Jingle Ma has been invited to helm production. The movie is scheduled to be release at the end of November across the country.
