Jiang Zhenghua, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress, met here Friday with a Japanese youth delegation from the Japan-China Friendship Association.
The delegation is visiting China according to an agreement signed by the two governments in November 1998 to further develop exchanges between young people.
