Folk artists play royal Mashrup music in Hami, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region May 12, 2006. Royal Mashrup is a form of song music accompanied by dance, a cultural heritage of Uygur ethnic group in Hami. The local government has been busy preparing for listing "Mashrup" as UNESCO non-material world heritage.
