Two cousins in Guangzhou have spent 11 years making a copy of a famous Chinese painting on a roll of paper only one millimeter wide.
The painstaking job used special techniques combining paper cutting, wood block carving, Chinese painting and, no doubt, a good magnifying glass!
There are 128 buildings with 100,000 tiny bricks and titles on the picture, and over 750 lifelike people and animal figures.
The original Song Dynasty painting of the bustling scene on the Bian River during the Qingming Festival is one of the greatest works in Chinese painting history and often recreated in various art forms.
