A Tibetan woman relocated from the Tuotuo River entertains guests May 29, 2006. Qinghai Province in western China is one of the country's five pilot provinces carrying out ecological relocations. After implementing the project to relocate herdsmen at the source area of Yellow River for restoring grassland, the province launched a same project in the Tuotuo River, source area of the Yangtze River in August 2006.
