Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone

The Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone (Zhengzhou Airport Zone) is China's first and only national pioneer zone of airport economy. It is also the first pilot zone in inland China to do cross-border Renminbi business and introduce overseas talent, and a forerunner zone in building the Zhengzhou-Luxembourg "Air Silk Road."

About 25 kilometers southeast of downtown Zhengzhou, the airport zone, covering 747 square kilometers with a population of nearly one million, is located right in the center of the Zhengzhou-Kaifeng-Xuchang triangle region, commanding an advantageous position of connecting different parts of the country.

Established in March 2013, the zone is designed as an international air logistics center, a modern industrial base led by the aviation economy, an important inland gateway of opening up, a modern aviation city, and a core growth pole in the Central Plains economic zone. It is a comprehensive transportation hub integrating various travel modes, including aviation, high-speed railway, subway, urban rail transit, normal-speed railway, expressway, and fast road. According to the Outline of the Ecological Protection and High-quality Development Plan of the Yellow River Basin, efforts will be made to support the zone in strengthening its leading industries and to speed up the construction of the Zhengzhou International Air Cargo Hub.

At present, the Zhengzhou Airport Zone is home to the Xinzheng International Airport, the Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the functional ports for meat, medicine, live cattle, fruits, chilled aquatic products, edible aquatic animals, and international mail transit, two industrial clusters each with a 100-billion-yuan output value (in electronic information; trade, convention, and exhibition), and eight ones each with a 10-billion-yuan output value (in biomedicine, smart devices, semiconductor, new display, new energy, new infrastructure, air logistics, and cross-border e-commerce).

In 2022, the Zhengzhou Airport Zone registered a GDP of 120.8 billion yuan, an industrial output value of 535.84 billion yuan, and a total import and export volume of 470.78 billion yuan, averaging an annual increase of 14 percent, 17 percent, and 10 percent respectively for a decade.

鄭州航空港經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)

鄭州航空港經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)（以下簡稱鄭州航空港區(qū)）位于河南省鄭州市，是中國首個(gè)、目前唯一一個(gè)由國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立的國家級航空港經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展先行區(qū)，是中國內(nèi)陸首個(gè)人民幣創(chuàng)新試點(diǎn)和引智試驗(yàn)區(qū)之一，也是鄭州—盧森堡“空中絲綢之路”先導(dǎo)區(qū)。鄭州航空港區(qū)位于鄭州主城區(qū)東南約25千米處，地處鄭州、開封、許昌黃金三角地帶，在國內(nèi)大循環(huán)中具有承東啟西、連南貫北的重要地位。全區(qū)面積747平方千米，人口近百萬人。

鄭州航空港區(qū)成立于2013年3月，定位為國際航空物流中心、以航空經(jīng)濟(jì)為引領(lǐng)的現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)基地、內(nèi)陸地區(qū)對外開放重要門戶、現(xiàn)代航空都市、中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)核心增長極，是一個(gè)擁有航空、高鐵、地鐵、城鐵、普鐵、高速公路與快速路等多種交通方式的立體綜合交通樞紐。2021年10月，《黃河流域生態(tài)保護(hù)和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》明確，要支持鄭州航空港經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)做精做強(qiáng)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，加快鄭州國際航空貨運(yùn)樞紐建設(shè)。2022年4月，河南省委、省政府以前瞻三十年的眼光，對鄭州航空港區(qū)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性重塑重構(gòu)改革，將發(fā)展區(qū)域拓展為核心區(qū)（747平方千米）、聯(lián)動(dòng)區(qū)（1100平方千米）、協(xié)同區(qū)（3200平方千米）。

目前，鄭州航空港區(qū)擁有鄭州新鄭國際機(jī)場一類口岸，鄭州新鄭綜合保稅區(qū)，肉類、藥品、活牛、水果、冰鮮水產(chǎn)品、食用水生動(dòng)物、國際郵件經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)口岸等功能性口岸，電子信息、商貿(mào)會(huì)展兩大千億級產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和生物醫(yī)藥、智能裝備、半導(dǎo)體、新型顯示、新能源、新基建、航空物流、跨境電商八個(gè)百億級產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。

2022年，鄭州航空港區(qū)地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值完成1208.0億元，十年年均增長14.1%；工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值完成5358.4億元，十年年均增長17.2%；外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口總值完成4707.8億元，十年年均增長10.3%。
