Local People's Procuratorates at All Levels

The local people's procuratorates at all levels are set up in line with the administrative divisional areas, so there are provincial-level people's procuratorates, people's procuratorates of cities divided into districts, and primary-level people's procuratorates.

Local people's procuratorates are responsible to the people's congresses at the corresponding levels and their standing committees and to the people's procuratorates at higher levels. Local people's procuratorates are subject to the leadership of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and those at lower levels are subject to the leadership of those at higher levels.

地方各級人民檢察院

地方各級人民檢察院是中華人民共和國按照行政區劃設置的地方各級檢察機關，分為省級人民檢察院、設區的市級人民檢察院、基層人民檢察院。

地方各級人民檢察院對本級人民代表大會及其常務委員會、上級人民檢察院負責。地方各級人民檢察院受最高人民檢察院領導，下級人民檢察院受上級人民檢察院領導。
