扶貧領(lǐng)域腐敗和作風(fēng)問題專項治理

中共十九屆中央紀委堅決貫徹習(xí)近平的指示批示要求和中共中央決策部署，高度重視扶貧領(lǐng)域腐敗和作風(fēng)問題專項治理，把專項治理工作擺上重要日程。中央紀委決定從2018年到2020年，在全國開展扶貧領(lǐng)域的腐敗和作風(fēng)問題的專項治理，國務(wù)院扶貧開發(fā)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組也把2018年作為扶貧領(lǐng)域作風(fēng)建設(shè)年。為此，中央紀委和國務(wù)院扶貧開發(fā)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組都制定了工作方案，進行了具體的工作部署，以重點解決兩個方面的問題。一是“四個意識”不強，沒有把脫貧攻堅擺在應(yīng)有的位置。二是不夠精準，工作落實不到位，考核評估不嚴肅、不嚴格。中央紀委和各地各部門堅持以上率下，深入基層調(diào)研督導(dǎo)，有效扎實推動工作，形成了主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)親自抓、分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具體抓、上下聯(lián)動深入抓的工作格局，取得了初步成效。

Rectification of Corruption and Misconduct in Poverty Alleviation

Following the instructions of Xi Jinping and the plans of the CPC Central Committee, the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has been conducting a special nationwide campaign, from 2018 to 2020, to rectify corruption and address misconduct related to poverty alleviation. The State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development made 2018 the year for improving conduct in poverty alleviation.

These two organizations have devised specific work plans to tackle problems in two respects: One is a weak understanding of the "Four Consciousnesses" and insufficient weight given to poverty alleviation; the other is that measures taken are neither properly targeted nor fully applied, and the review of related work is lenient. The chief officials and others in charge of discipline inspection have all been involved in this rectification, conducting investigations and directing the work top-down with initial effects.
