獲得感

獲得感是指人們?cè)谑斋@某種物質(zhì)或精神利益后而產(chǎn)生的滿足感。2015年2月27日，習(xí)近平在中央全面深化改革領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組第十次會(huì)議上首提這一概念。他指出，處理好改革“最先一公里”和“最后一公里”的關(guān)系，突破“中梗阻”，防止不作為，把改革方案的含金量充分展示出來(lái)，讓人民群眾有更多獲得感。

獲得感強(qiáng)調(diào)的是一種實(shí)實(shí)在在的客觀“得到”，是“看得見(jiàn)、摸得著的實(shí)惠”，既包括物質(zhì)方面，也包括精神方面。獲得感的提出，使人民得到的利益有了進(jìn)行指標(biāo)衡量的可能，得到了人民群眾的積極響應(yīng)。“讓人民群眾有更多獲得感”的提出，體現(xiàn)了中共十八大以來(lái)以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央立黨為公、執(zhí)政為民的宗旨意識(shí)，體現(xiàn)了堅(jiān)持以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想，體現(xiàn)了社會(huì)建設(shè)要堅(jiān)持共建共享的基本原則，體現(xiàn)了改革創(chuàng)新要以增進(jìn)民生福祉為目標(biāo)的價(jià)值導(dǎo)向。

A Sense of Gain

A "sense of gain" is the sense of satisfaction that people derive from obtaining some material or non-material gain. Xi Jinping raised this idea at the 10th meeting of the Leading Group for Further Reform Under the CPC Central Committee held on February 27, 2015. He demanded that the relationship between "the first mile" and "the last mile" of reform – the initiation and the implementation – be handled properly, removing obstacles, preventing nonfeasance, and demonstrating the highlights of reform plans, so as to give the people a stronger sense of gain.

A "sense of gain" emphasizes actual objective "gains," both material and non-material. This term made possible the use of measurable indicators of the gains obtained by the people, and received positive public response.

The suggestion to "enable the people to have a stronger sense of gain" demonstrates the CPC's commitment to its mission to serve the public and govern for the people, and its adherence to the people-centered approach to development. It demonstrates the fundamental principle that society must be built by all and to be enjoyed by all, and the guiding value that the aim of reform and innovation is to improve the wellbeing of the people.
