Global Partnerships

At the Central Conference on Work Relating to Foreign Affairs in November 2014, Xi Jinping urged China to make more friends under the principle of nonalignment, so as to build a global network of partnerships. He has talked about global partnerships more than once in his speeches.

As stated in the report to the 19th CPC National Congress, China has actively developed global partnerships and expanded the convergence of interests with other countries. China will promote coordination and cooperation with other major countries and work to build a framework for major- country relations featuring overall stability and balanced development. China will deepen relations with its neighbors in accordance with the principle of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit, and inclusiveness and the policy of forging friendship and partnership with its neighbors. China will, guided by the principle of upholding justice while pursuing shared interests and the principle of sincerity, real results, affinity, and good faith, work to strengthen solidarity and cooperation with other developing countries.

We will strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the political parties and organizations of other countries, and encourage people's congresses, CPPCC committees, the military, local governments, and people's organizations to engage in exchanges with other countries.

In recent years, China has been making great efforts to build a global network of cooperation that encourages dialogue instead of confrontation, and helps forge partnerships instead of antagonistic blocs.

As of May 2018, China had established various forms of partnership relations with more than 100 countries and international organizations. China's circle of friends has been expanding globally.

全球伙伴關系

2014年11月底，習近平總書記在中央外事工作會議上提出：要在堅持不結盟原則的前提下廣交朋友，形成遍布全球的伙伴關系網絡。此后，習近平在公開講話中多次提及“全球伙伴關系”這一關鍵詞。黨的十九大報告強調，中國積極發展全球伙伴關系，擴大同各國的利益交匯點，推進大國協調與合作，構建總體穩定、均衡發展的大國關系框架，按照“親、誠、惠、容”理念和與鄰為善、以鄰為伴周邊外交方針深化同周邊國家關系，秉持正確義利觀和“真、實、親、誠”理念加強同發展中國家團結合作。加強同各國政黨和政治組織的交流合作，推進人大、政協、軍隊、地方、人民團體等的對外交往。近年來，中國積極構建對話而不對抗、結伴而不結盟的全球伙伴關系網絡。截至2018年5月，中國已經同超100個國家和國際組織建立了不同形式的伙伴關系，全球“朋友圈”不斷擴展，實現全球覆蓋。
