The presidium of the Fifth Session of the Ninth National People's Congress (NPC) held its second meeting Tuesday morning.
The meeting decided to present the three draft resolutions on the reports of the government work report, national social and economic development plan and budget to all delegations for examination and deliberation, before submitting them to the session for voting.
The meeting was presided over by Li Peng, executive chairman of the presidium.
