Known as a talented actor, Chen Kun has proved his ability in the record industry with his second album, To Come True Again, hitting shelves in stores in May.
Chen said it was his first time singing R&B. He said he was not afraid to try something new, but he would not be bold enough to write lyrics.
Chen kept a diary as a student and said writing was not difficult for him. But he felt it would put too much pressure on him to write lyrics.
The album, also including electronic music and jazz, was the product of Taiwan award-winning producer Jim Lee and Chinese mainland composer Li Quan.
Chen's first album, Osmosis, released in 2004, was warmly received by both critics and his fans.
