Top Legislator Reports on NPC Standing Committee Work

Li Peng, chairman of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, is delivering a report on the committee's work at the fourth plenary meeting of the annual NPC session, which entered the fifth day Friday.
Li's address will be followed by a report on the draft amendments to the law on joint ventures of Chinese and foreign investors, to be delivered by Gu Angran, director of Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee.
