Construction Schedule: Construction to be start in the first half of 2005 and complete at the end of 2007.
Project Purpose: For Such events at the Olympics as fencing, fencing and air pistol of modern pentathlon, while as temporary IBC and MPC for the Olympics.
Utilization After Olympic Games: Positional at large and medium-sized international and domestic conferences and affiliated exhibitions. Conference as priority and exhibition as supplement, with auxiliary businesses such as hotel, catering, entertainment, business and office building renting included. It will be turned into a special economy and culture-based exchange site with the highest quality and the most complete affiliated facilities in China.
