Project Legal Person: Beijing Wukesong Cultural & Sports Co. Ltd. Five shareholders of the company are Zhongguancun CENCONS Group, Haidian State-owned Assets Investment Co. Ltd, Beijing Urban Construction Group Co. Ltd, Beijing Urban Construction Co. Ltd and Tianhong Group.
Project Venue: The project is located in the intersection of extended section of Chang'an Street and the West 4th Ring, adjacent to Wukesong Station of metro Line 1.
Construction Scale: The planned construction area is about 350,000 square meters.
Construction Schedule: It started construction in March 2005. The baseball field will be started in second half of the year 2005, completed in May 2007 and the stadium will be completed in August 2007.
Project Purpose: Undertaking events of basketball and baseball etc.
Utilization After Olympic Games: After the Olympic Games, the center will be preserved as important heritage of Beijing Olympic Games for citizens in the western section and Beijing as a whole to have culture, sports, leisure and recreation and commercial activities. It will be a large-scale comprehensive project rare in Beijing integrating culture and sports functions and commercial purposes with large-scale garden and greens.
Project Progress: It has started construction.

Accessory equipments: stands seats, stands protection and lifting system, illumination equipment, electric display, communication and broadcasting equipments, fire controlling equipments etc.
Informationization building: network system equipments, network technical equipments, network solutions, security system, database technologies and products.
Intelligentization building: acoustics equipments, air conditioner, elevator equipments, electronic monitoring equipments, electronic fire control equipments, etc.
Outdoor engineering: garden, afforestation and square tiles etc.
