Cai Wu, head of the Information Office of the State Council, or the central government, made the announcement at a press conference organized by the Information Office of the State Council, citing the development of the three-tier government news-release system and establishment of the spokespersons system on Thursday in Beijing.
In the event of breaking news, the Information Office of the State Council will try to respond immediately, organizing news conferences to release information in the fastest way possible, said Cai Wu.
