High-Wired Bird's Nest

Constructed of iron, everyone has heard about Beijing's National Olympic Stadium, colloquially known as the "Bird's Nest."  But how many people know about a real bird's nest made of thin iron wires by turtledoves? The concept sounds beyond imagination. 

The nest was discovered yesterday on top of a street lamp sitting on the wall of a Zhejiang company. Two turtledoves had constructed their nest by using abandoned iron wires. Thicker iron wires compose the nest's shell; as one looks inside, the wires become thinner and thinner. The core itself is constructed of fine, soft abandoned electrical wires coated with rubber sleeves.

The nest contains no straw or feathers. Two eggs lay gently inside the nest. The company boss has asked his employees not to disturb the birds until the eggs hatch.
