The second batch of 130-odd officers and soldiers from Jinan military region boarded the plane and left Jinan, capital of Shandong Province for the peacekeeping mission in Sudan.
Officers and soldiers were solemnly swearing before leaving for the mission. It is learnt that this peacekeeping unit designated to Sudan mission was organized and established by Jinan military region upon the United Nations' request and also the approval of the State Council and the Central Military Commission.
