Great Wall Automobile Holdings Co., China's largest pick-up truck maker, plans to more than double production next year on increased domestic and overseas demand.
Wang Fengying, general manager of Great Wall Automobile, told a press conference Friday that it would produce about 150,000 vehicles next year, up from 60,000 planned for this year, through launching new vehicle models in the next few months.
