The 28th International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE) will be held in This is the first time that the ICSE 2006 is being held in a developing country. Themed "China's Software Industry Integrates into the World," the conference will provide a platform for researchers, practitioners and educators from around the world to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, experiences and concerns in the field of software engineering.
