Powell Regrets Loss of Chinese Pilot

US Secretary of State said on Wednesday that he regretted the loss of life of a Chinese pilot in the spy plane incident near China's Hainan Island.
"We regret the loss of the life of that Chinese pilot but now we need to move on and we need to bring this to a resolution,"Powell told reporters.
