The three-day China-Africa Cooperation Forum -- Ministerial Conference Beijing 2000 is holding its closing ceremony in Beijing Thursday morning.
Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji and Secretary-general of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) Salim Ahmed Salim will address the closing ceremony.
Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika is also attending the ceremony.
