Baosteel Wins in Response to American & Indonesian Anti-Dumping Cases

After a full year of hard efforts, Baoshan Iron and Steel Group Company won in response to the anti-dumping action by the United States and also achieved initial victory in response to the anti-dumping action by Indonesia.
On July 13 and June 30, the judicial affairs department of Baoshan Iron and Steel Group Company respectively received the preliminary and final adjudication by KADI and ITC on the investigation into the anti-dumping cases of seamless steel tubes and cold-rolled plates. KADI made a preliminary ruling that there is no dumping of seamless steel tubes exported to Indonesia by the Baoshan Iron and Steel Group Company. ITC's final adjudication confirms that the cold-rolled plates exported to the United States by Baoshan Iron and Steel Group Company has not caused essential harm to similar US enterprises during the period of investigation.
