China and the United States have started negotiations in Beijing Wednesday afternoon on the incident of the crash of a Chinese military plane rammed by a US military reconnaissance plane and other related issues.
The negotiations began at about 3:00 PM, according to a reliable source.
The topics of the negotiations include the cause of the collision, the stop of U.S. reconnaissance activities near the Chinese coastal areas, and the prevention of recurrence of such incidents, and other related issues.
