Vivian Chow is on the cover of trendy mag "Cosmopolitan", April 2009 issue. The former singer-actress became the centre of media attention last year during a series of break-up-and-get-married events after his writer boyfriend Joe Nieh's affair with a university student was exposed by paparazzi.
